As an integral member of the Toronto office since 2005, Michelle has played a direct role in its steady growth. She graduated with honours from the Georgian College Interior Design program and has since contributed to large-scale retail construction and renovation projects. Michelle embodies ABBARCH’s customer-centric approach and currently leads the business development focus of the firm. She possesses an excellent understanding of retail environments and consistently forges strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Michelle is involved in all aspects of a project, from initial planning through to the project grand opening. She is a highly organized and energetic individual who thrives in a deadline-oriented environment.

Kenneth Grotsky joined ABBARCH in 2002 and soon established himself as a key member of the team overseeing clients such as Sam’s Club and Walmart Canada. In 2003, after becoming a Principal of the firm, Kenn relocated to Toronto to set up and run ABBARCH’s new office. The Toronto office rapidly grew within a matter of years, successfully servicing national retail clients with a complete range of architectural services. Focusing on a customer-centric approach, and establishing a sound process for delivering projects, Kenn has provided the tools for his team to attract a variety of repeat-clients for whom ABBARCH provides architectural services. Kenn is licensed to practice architecture in nine provinces across the country and he is a member of the RAIC.

Harv Mankoo joined ABBARCH in 2015 as CFO, bringing with him over 20 years of financial management experience at the CFO, VP and Director levels. Based out of ABBARCH’s Vancouver office, Harv oversees and manages the financial and strategic planning matters of the company. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Harv is a designated CPA.

Mehdi Rassaf is a Principal at ABBARCH with over two decades of project experience in Germany and Canada. Mehdi first joined ABBARCH in 2006 and was subsequently promoted to the role of Associate. During this time, Mehdi oversaw the design and construction of numerous retail and commercial projects. Following a brief hiatus, Mehdi rejoined ABBARCH in 2023, assuming the position of Principal and Studio Manager. In his role, Mehdi provides leadership and oversight on project delivery, with a keen focus on resource allocation and the effective management of project budgets and deliverables. Mehdi is a licensed architect registered in eight Canadian provinces. He is a LEED Green Associate.
