Once home to one of British Columbia’s most enduring political families, this large property was redeveloped into “Brookside”, a luxury townhouse development. The historic Bennett family house was extensively renovated into a clubhouse for the new development. The many historic and heritage features of the building were carefully maintained. The project received a gold Thompson Okanagan Housing Award.
