ABBARCH Architecture Inc has entered into a cooperative joint venture agreement with, Technoprojekt a.s. headquartered in Ostrava, Czech Republic. The affiliation allows the 2 companies to jointly market the group in "home" and "target" countries, jointly undertake suitable projects, and share technical resourcesas well as expertise in different market sectors. Technoprojekt brings 12 engineering disciplines into the group with extensive experience in transportation infrastructure, large scale manufacturing, and heavy industry as well as architectural. The two affiliated companies can draw on a combined resource of over 300staff in 8 offices spanning 3 continents.

The agreement allows the participants to effectively provide services throughout all of the geographic practice areas of Canada, the European Union,The Russian Federation, and, The Peoples Republic of China.
